Stan Robinson (Stafford) Ltd is an independent pallet network operating within the UK which means that all goods are collected and delivered on one of our own fleet of modern vehicles under our full control.
We achieve this network coverage by using night trunking services between our four depots with all freight passing through our head office and main transport hub in Stafford. Deliveries from different parts of the UK are then re-distributed onto delivery vehicles or onwards trunks to the destination depots.
Our Devon and Durham depots deliver freight directly into Stafford hub each weekday night returning with outbound freight for their own local areas on the return trip.
Changeovers at two destinations on the M6 between Stafford and Glasgow depot vehicles enable us to offer a next day service from Cornwall through to Scotland.
The final piece in the trunking link is a direct run between Durham and Glasgow depots during the night.
Our modern fleet of vehicles is made up of Daf, Scania and Volvo all serviced and maintained by our own vehicle technicians at each depot.
Customer shipments can be tracked from any Depot, they are assigned a unique job number and POD’s can be accessed through our Road Runner Live customer portal.
We offer a Next Day or Economy delivery service for single pallets up to full loads.
Every Stan Robinson vehicle has an online vehicle tracking system enabling the transport team to monitor the movement of your goods from the moment they are collected to the time they arrive at the destination point.
We specialise in the transportation of hazardous goods with our drivers being ADR compliant. You can be assured that all of your hazardous or non-hazardous goods are handled professionally by our fully trained warehouse staff.
