Location: Stafford (with occasional travel to depots as required)
3 days a week, 24 hours, flexible days/hours (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to £27.00 per hour.

Your Role:
As our Quality Manager, you will lead the team in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Energy Management Systems (EnMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001 standards. Working with senior leaders and operational teams, you’ll ensure that quality excellence remains at the heart of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and continuously improve ISO procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 50001.
- Champion a culture of quality and sustainability throughout the organisation.
- Implement corrective actions, and manage the non-conformance reporting process.
- Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and enhance quality across departments.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits, liaising with certification bodies.
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and drive performance.
- Integrate quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive, solutions-focused leader with a track record of driving business and energy improvements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in managing the ISO 9001 standard. ISO 50001 knowledge would be advantageous.
- A history of successful ISO audits, particularly in warehouse or transport environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently.
